Beauty Farm

For some people beauty comes natural,
But some work hard to achieve,
The complexion, hair color and face lifts,
To be beautiful, they believe.

They say beauty is only skin deep,
For some that may seem so,
But true beauty comes from the heart,
And love and compassion from the soul.

What good can come from outward beauty,
If your heart is hard and calloused?
For friends won’t enjoy your presence,
When their friendship is always challenged.

People love people for their selves,
Not for their outward beauty.
So share your love and friendship always,
For it’s also our Christian duty.

You’ll be remembered always,
For kindness that you do.
But few will see your outward beauty,
When you are ninty two.
