Thanksgiving Blessings 

Oh Lord as we give thanks this day,
For blessings you bestow.
Help us to have compassion for
Those we may not know.

Help us to reflect your sweet love,
In all that we might do.
So every life that we may touch,
Will feel your Presence too.

You have blessed us in many ways.
Some ways that may not show
The days of joy and happiness
Are those that we may know.



Each blessing is a special gift.
Let's take time to say today,
A prayer of thankfulness to God,
For blessings sent each day. 

The sweetest blessing we could have.
May be carried in our heart
The assurance of God's sweet love
From us he'll never part.

So, I thank you Lord for all you do
And for your love sublime.
A very special kind of love
That I may claim as mine.
